Been Busy with school and clients so I have not been able to update my journal as much as I would like.

Meals today
Egg oatmeal and blueberrys
Chicken and Rice with veggies
Postworkout protein shake with oatmeal and blueberries
Steak and rice veggies and almonds huge meal kind of ova ate but it tasted yummy
Chicken and Rice
Drinking my final meal right now protein shake with almonds and Natty PB

Workout was bomb Back and Biceps Thickness
T-bar rows 5x5 7plates BABY
under hand BB rows 3x8
One arm DB rows 3x10 each
Smith Machine over hand BB rows 3x12 with a nice squeeze at the top
BB Curls 5x8 used a weight that I could have gotten 12 if I use my normal form but opted to use super strict slow form and was only able to get 8 reps without any cheating
 
I'm here................hey how come you get 6 meals????

Didnt post yesterdays workout which was legs and was a very good one:
Deadlift 5x5 (really working on getting low and using my legs more so more of a form day than all out hit it and go but still used some good weight)
Front Squats 4x8 (Favorite Leg Exercise)
Lying Leg Curls 3x10 with a nice squeeze at the top
Atl BB Lunges 3x15 on each
Seated calf Raises 5x15

Like always I stretch my legs for 15 minutes and have found that I get very little postworkout soreness and the results from my workout have been great

Wow. You've definitely managed to get up a lot of muscle. I'm so jealous. I know it's shallow, but I can only imagine how easy it must be to get things done. Cupboard in the wrong spot? No worries. Old fridge needs to be removed? Done. Room needs re-arranging? Already re-arranged. *sigh* I bet you always win arm wrestles and everything?

Thanks for the kind words but one of the draw backs of being muscular is that when stuff needs to be moved they ask me. I joke around and tell them that my muscles are for show not for use. :)
 
Hey guys havent updated you guys in a bit with my workouts. Been busy with school work and my business
Today I did legs and talk about a GREAT workout:
Leg extention workout
Squats 5x5
Stiff Deads 4x8
Hack Squat 3x12
Lying Leg Curl 3x8
Alt BB Lunges 3x10
Standing Calf Raise 5x8

High volume today but It was a great workout

I will update u guys lat on my meals off to classes

Yesterday was a great workout days. Busy had workout in the morning ran off to classes. and then was straight to work to train clients.
Long Day but productive

Today is an off day no work no clients rest and recover
Which mean Homework homework and more homework so I do have to do it this weekend

Meal one
Eggs and oatmeal with blueberries

For got to include above but when ever I have oatmeal I include blueberries with it even if I dont type that in my journal

Hehe, I can imagine people'd be crowing to get you to do stuff. Hopefully they reciprocate. I mean, I can't reciprocate with lifting, being a little weak punk (and being female no one asks unless you ARE a weightlifter), but I can bake some mean cookies. ;) Food ... the reciprocal equilizer.

And mmm, blueberries. I loooove blueberries. Nothing like putting fruit on cereal. Though I hope the 'egg and oatmeal' didn't indicate that they were combined.

Some guy here also poured eggs into his brown rice while they were cooking, I think it was Chillen.

I have mixed egg with a lot of thing including brown rice but Oatmeal I dont think so. I love my oatmeal and blueberries. Nothing will mix with them

Chest Shoulders and Triceps
Incline BB Press: 5x5
Incline DB Press: 3x8
Dips(leaning Forward) :3x10
Seated DB Side Laterals: 4x10
DB Shoulder Presses: 3x8
Skulls: 5x12

Today is going to be Back and Biceps I will update you on that Lata
 
Yesterdays Back and Bicep workout:
T-Bar Rows 5x5 last 3 sets I used 7 plates
Underhand BB Rows 3x12 225
Overhand Smith Machine Rows (Very Wide grip) 3x10 185
One Arm DB Rows 3x12 120s those are the highest that my gym has so I am going tohave to switch to the hammer strength machine once those get too light
Alt DB Curls 5x12-10-8-10-12
 
Todays Leg workout:

Deads 5x5 405
Warmup Leg Extention
Front Squats(ATG) 3x12 185
Lying Leg Curl 3x12 with a squeeze at the top not sure what I used for weight
Leg Press (very Close stance) 3x12 4 Plates on each side but reps were down with a 5 sec negative
Alt BB Lunges 3x12 with each leg 145
Seated Calf raise without shoes 5x20 2 plates Big squeeze at the top and nice stretch at the bottum. No bouncing
