LEgs Went Great:
Conventional Deads 5x5
Squats 8x5 super deep
Leg Extention 8x8 with a 5 sec squeeze at the top I supersetted the squats and leg extentions
Standing calf raises 6x10

Great workout. I was only going to do 4 sets of the squat leg extention supersets but once I got in the zone It just kept on going. HUGE pump

Steak

Trainng for looks mostly trying to do a little fitness modeling and also looking good helps me a ton with getting clients

Next Meal:
Grounds Beef Rice veggies and cheese mixed together. Very good

Nice progress stew! This meal is what mine was tonight too! ha. I sauteed red, green and yellow bell pepper with red onion in olive oil for my veggies. YUMM it was delish.

This is my boy DAVID. Kid is a beast. Still Recovering from a torn pec but one day he will be up on stage beastin it take all the trophies home

Meal 2 was tuna and oatmeal and blueberries

Workout: Chest, Shoulders and Triceps

Flat BB Press 5x5
Flat DB Press 3x8
Dip super set with pec dec 2x12
Standing Military Press 4x8
Upright rows 3x12
Close Grip Bench 5x8

Great workout chest and shoulder are improving every week. It feels great.

Postworkout like always is whey shake with bowl of oats and blueberries

Workout was back and biceps:
Focus on the width of my back:
Wide Pull ups 4x8
Pull ups (hands facing each other) 3x10
Underhand wide grip pullups 3x12
DB pullovers 2x12
BB Curl 6x12-10-8-8-10-12

Postworkout meal same as always:
Protein shake
Bowl of oatmeal with blueberries

I will be having my next meal in a half hour or so
Chicken and almonds and veggies

I have to train a few clients in a lttle bit

Why the body part split?

I have gotten great results with it. I have tried it all and this split
Chest shoulder Tris
Back Bi
Legs
off

It has been great. later this winter I probably will switch to an upper lower but if the gain continue why change
 
After experimenting with different workouts, I too, do splits. And, have had good results in relation to the goals I aspired to earn. It also fit with my work schedule better, and contrary to some opinions, it does not create tendon problems. I learned through trial and error the remedy for this, after all im 46.
 
Different thing work for different people as long as you are seeing results do switch it.

I ate the chicken and almonds with veggies like I said

meal 5: eggs tuna and broccolli scambled and cooked together with mustard on top

Client training went well.
