Hello Jim. I saw your diary at the top and had a quick look. It's funny, because there were a few pages, whenever I saw it, I thought you must have been on Cohens for a long time to have so many pages, so I didn't look, because I'm not great when it comes to starting at the beginning of someones diary and reading through. I'm so glad I did though.
So this is your 3rd week right?? That is so cool. Now, well done on walking away from that chicken mayo thingy. Now with all your feeling emotionally etc, all I can say is, women are used to these sorts of feelings, and talking about them etc, so you'd think we'd have a pretty good handle on it, and be pretty together after years of practise right?
Nup. Not me anyway. The girls who have posted on here, have said some awesome things, and they are so right.
So I'm not going to add but, HANG IN THERE. And keep coming here for support. It wont always feel like it does right now. As long as you know there will be times when you feel over the moon - you have that belief, it gives you hope. This is temporary. Yeah, it sounds like you have some stuff to sort, and you'll get there. A step at a time mate. I suffer anxiety, at night more, you know when you worry about stuff, but it is a lot better than it used to be. But when you're going through the panic attacks they are the worst. You aren't alone. All of us here are going/have been through something, and you have our support.
