Well I got down to 312.5 and have been bouncing around 313 to 316 for last 3 weeks.

I have a full physical schedualed at the doc's office for Oct 26th and Starting Moday, I'm going to keep a food diary to take with me to the doc's office. I think food may be playing a part in this because I started back to school and sometimes my friends are bad influences on me, but more importantly than that, I haven't been keeping track, so I'm going to start keeping track again.
I always go at night time. From like 9pm to 10pmish normally. Is there something about the time of day that you go that makes a difference? I'm just a night owl and I'm a complete bear in the morning so that is why I opt for night workouts.
