Im gonna bust some butt today! Literally! May an inch melt away when I sweat on my walk! well ok, Ill take a quarter inch, but hey, Ill walk off SOMEthing!:D

It was great! 45 minutes instead of an hour but incorporated the HIIT into my already interval training elliptical and (Not that i believe the calories burned on the machine) but it was 100 more than normal AND it was hard and sweaty :). thanks Kate, maybe that is what i need to get this thing movin' along....

Pilates tonight...which will be good for my sore (but good sore) muscles..

I saw the last 30 minutes of the Biggest Looser last night. I really liked it! I'm glad the blue team won, though, the red team didn't know how to work together and were pretty...er...well, they looked rather witchy, to me. That one girl loosing 21 pounds was outstanding! I was really impressed.

Question: Over what period of time are they there at the ranch?

Skyler: That's awesome! I think I'll be doing some HIIT today, too...if I can find my other tennis shoe. I probably won't though, since I need knew shoes and these hurt my feet when I use them. HIIT is very good for your metabolism. Unlike traditional running, it will boost up your metabolism and keep up longer. It's def. hard...gosh, I used to do it 30 seconds running/1 minute walking...it's hard! But you can really tell a difference between that and normal running/jogging/walking.

Last night I did a big boo boo. I had to go to CCD (religious ed...I'm an assistant teacher for the 5th grade) and teach the little 10 year old helions, and then I had to go to adoration, so I didn't get back until 8. I was hungry since I had only eaten an apple and some egg whites before going, so I had a ham and cheese sandwhich on french bread and a bowl of toasted whole wheat cereal with 1 percent milk. I certainly got in a lot of grains yesterday, but not enough veggies. *sighs* On the goodside, mom did get some red potatoes (nummy!) and whole grain wheat bread. Yay!

Now I'm gonna go do exercise! yay!
 
You are doing good girl you really are keep up the good work! I think the ones like last night are there just 2 weeks but really not sure! They are taking people for the biggest loser 3 now!
 
Today for my exercise I did 50 minutes of belly dance (phew! my arms are tired!) and 10 minutes of weights. Not a whole lot of weights, I know, but I had already done so many lower body exercises in the dance that I didn't really need to do a whole lot more. I also did some arm exercises with the weights since I was bored.

I still havn't eaten today, but I'm certainly hungry, now!

OK BIG DAY LETS HAVE THEM WEIGH INS!!! I ACTUALLY LOST 5 POUNDS AND I'LL TAKE IT BUT TOM IS VISITING ANYDAY SO DUNNO HOW WELL I WILL DO! I HOPE ALL OF YOU ARE DOING GOOD ALSO! IA M SORRY I HAVENT HAD MUCH TIME I HOPED TO BE MORE SUPPORTIVE BUT TRUTH IS I HAVE NO TIME LIKE I USE TO SO WHO IS GOING TO BE IN CHARGE THIS WEEK? i DONT HAVE THE TIME TO BE SO COME ON BIGGEST LOSER LET ME KNOW WHO YOU ARE TO TAKE OVER THE TEAM!!!
 
Oh gosh! I'm 190!! I lost 5 friggin pounds! Actually, I think I might be below 190 because Tom is here (and has been, for a couple of days, and today is extremely heavy...). The scale said 192, but I ususally take 2-3 pounds off because of the clothes (today I took off two pounds since I'm not wearing a whole lot, just my hockey jersey and sweat pants...and underwear, obviously). I'm REALLY excited, especially since yesterday I didn't drink ANY water, but a lot of soda (I was trying to get it out of the houuuse...dad had gotten a 2 liter for my sister and I and it's STILL not gone, dag nabbit!). I need to get rid of the soda because other wise I won't drink any water or tea. Meh.

Anyways, I'm just REALLY psyched! I can't believe it! I REALLY love this diet. Love love love love love! *hugs everyone*

I won't be able to do any cardio, today (again, Tom...) but I will most certainly do some weights.
 
Wow gongrads you guys your doing great! I am sorry I havent been around! I need to post your loss for you! Thought everyone fell out of the program! I will do better left because of things going on and hectic work schedule but i am here and I am sorry! I will not abandon ya anymore!
