I saw the last 30 minutes of the Biggest Looser last night. I really liked it! I'm glad the blue team won, though, the red team didn't know how to work together and were pretty...er...well, they looked rather witchy, to me. That one girl loosing 21 pounds was outstanding! I was really impressed.
Question: Over what period of time are they there at the ranch?
Skyler: That's awesome! I think I'll be doing some HIIT today, too...if I can find my other tennis shoe. I probably won't though, since I need knew shoes and these hurt my feet when I use them. HIIT is very good for your metabolism. Unlike traditional running, it will boost up your metabolism and keep up longer. It's def. hard...gosh, I used to do it 30 seconds running/1 minute walking...it's hard! But you can really tell a difference between that and normal running/jogging/walking.
Last night I did a big boo boo. I had to go to CCD (religious ed...I'm an assistant teacher for the 5th grade) and teach the little 10 year old helions, and then I had to go to adoration, so I didn't get back until 8. I was hungry since I had only eaten an apple and some egg whites before going, so I had a ham and cheese sandwhich on french bread and a bowl of toasted whole wheat cereal with 1 percent milk. I certainly got in a lot of grains yesterday, but not enough veggies. *sighs* On the goodside, mom did get some red potatoes (nummy!) and whole grain wheat bread. Yay!
Now I'm gonna go do exercise! yay!
