yeah, so does chinups, you have to be able to hold on tight:p i find it hardest for my forearms when i use the palm facing away from me. if u do chinups you should use a belt to hang weight from or something like that, that is if you can do many offcource

wah scary pic.. wonder why anyone would want to do that o.0 his forearm was like non existant.. looks kinda like a baloon ^-^ poke with needle it pops
