I don't know about that. Your 2 hour basketball stints followed by HIIT and a lift, adding in some jump rope would be a walk in the park for you.
(Yeah, I was looking at that "a few drinks" with a questioning eye, too.)
My knees are being hit with 269lbs now when I jump.... really doubt they'd like a couple thousand reps of that. I am going to start jump roping though. I've been reading this article about increasing your vertical leap and jump rope was part of the program.
What? Can't I have a few? heh. I met up with some old friends and had a nightcap
