Big Mac's Lifestyle Change

I don't know about that. Your 2 hour basketball stints followed by HIIT and a lift, adding in some jump rope would be a walk in the park for you. :cheers2:

(Yeah, I was looking at that "a few drinks" with a questioning eye, too.)

My knees are being hit with 269lbs now when I jump.... really doubt they'd like a couple thousand reps of that. I am going to start jump roping though. I've been reading this article about increasing your vertical leap and jump rope was part of the program.

What? Can't I have a few? heh. I met up with some old friends and had a nightcap ;). I read this article in Men's Health a while back about how men who have a nightcap tend to have a lower bodyfat percentage. So, it was all for health benefits. :D

Yeah, I'm supposed to eat something like 3500 calories a day which is way too much for me to stomach.

Oh, I don't know, 3500 is pretty easy to come by if you make crappy choices... ask me sometime...

Does give us some flexibility though. Being big does have some advantages - a big dose of cardio and some weight training, and we've go t a 5000 calorie allowance for the day... as long as we don't try to use it we're okay.

On Halloween I actually didn't do anything. Just hung out at the house and watched sports. I went out wed and thurs though so that made up for it. Was a good time overall.

That's good, I went out and saw PURE MADNESS all over. Insanity like you wouldn't believe. Only one person on a stretcher, and only one falling-down drunk.

Ok, great workout tonight. Great food today. Fluctuated up from the weekend... too much candy and drinks. I'm tired of fluctuating... need to really focus for the next two months.

1hr cardio
30min resistance

Breakfast: 2eggs, whole wheat english muffin, 3 slices turkey bacon
AM: Whey shake, almonds
Lunch: Barilla Plus Penne pasta and a blackened chicken breast
Dinner: Same as lunch.
PM Snack: grapefruit

Your post pretty much summed up my life too. Bad food on the weekend, good food and workout for Monday, sick of up and down. Hitting the November challenge too I see. Lets kick it into gear amigo, we got this, hell, look what we've already done, right?

Nice! My sister saw 3 people go out on stretchers at this football game she went to... It was on ESPN.

In 2 weeks I have seen 3 people "taken out on stretchers" with white sheets over their heads. This is ridiculous. I have no idea if it was alcohol poisoning, or what, but it was from partying. I'm all for partying, but for gawd's sake!!! Puuuhhhleaze people, know your limits! Or fuck it. Survival of the fittest. Let the stupid fucks die. My compassion only goes so far.........

This was the first weekend in I don't know how long where I didn't rack up any surpluses. Weird........

Exactly! I'm kicking it... hopefully I see the results on the scale. Let's make November count for something!
