Lunch: grilled chicken w/ peppers and onions, rice, and a side salad

Yeah I noticed that, I've been checking in on you. I don't really know what to say, and even if I do I'm not sure you'd want to hear it. The advice I would give is to make a priority for your health. Do you really need all 3 jobs? I'd rather have a healthier lifestyle with 2 jobs than unhealthy with 3. I know it can be tough though, I work about 55-60 hours a week myself. Sounds like that or you just need to plan your meals a little better. I used to use Sunday evenings to cook some meals for the week. That way if I come home hungry I'm not forced into eating bad food, I've got a healthy meal ready to go!
I'm doing ok. This cheating on the weekend has been killing me though. I lose 2-3lbs a week, then gain some back on the weekend. After that, its usually wednesday before I'm back down to what I was friday. The next 3 weeks are cheat-free though. Keep me on track!
Actually I'm only working 3 jobs till September. like 2.5 weeks. Then I'm done at the center of forensic science and I start school. LAST YEAR!!! I decided to apply a month in advance because I have been stumped for work for a month before and it really sucked, so I wanted to make sure I have something by september. I didn't realize that I'd have two jobs within 7 days of applying. So now I just suck it up for 2.5 weeks then it will be a lot less stressful. That why I just keep saying I need to be able to control my eating and my portions until school, cus I really don't have much time to workout. When school starts I'll have breaks in between classes and school will start at 8-10. I can get up early still and get a solid workout in. I have a gym at school that is free too
Yea the weekends suck. I am actually not really craving anything this week for the weekend. I usually am. I will probably just do some healthy meals like sandwiches for lunch and maybe cereal or muffins and fruit for bfast. I think I'll need to get out of the house in between meals. That is the deadliest time for me. I just constantly pick at whats in the cupboard. Once I go on a binge I'm just like "oh well... what more harm will I do if I keep going??" so I do. I eat till it hurts. Then depression sets in when I look puffy in the mirror. So I'm hoping to stay on track till school.... or at least this weekend.
