Big Mac's Lifestyle Change

I agree with the weekend splurging, but luckily for you it seems like water weight. I think our mind's mentality is still weekends are "off" days, and we psychologically think off from everything, which is so not true! I have such a problem with weekends, thinking that they don't matter. I just have to focus on what I did during the week and how it will affect my next week.

Great workout with HIIT. That is so intense, I love doing HIIT. And by love I mean I love the effects and hate it at the time!!!!!!!!!!! Oh man nothing is worse than a GREAT HIIT!

Keep up the great work, and can't wait to see the new pics!!!

Well usually it is water weight. It would be impossible really to gain 2-3 lbs over the weekend of just fat. That would require me to eat something like 6000 calories a day. Just the carb loading makes me store more water and crap in my body. It just sucks to be spending the first few days of each week getting back to where I was on friday. I'm done with that. I'm gonna step it up.

Love some HIIT! Less time and more fat burned... ya can't beat it.

Hey Big Mac. I finally busted through my plateau. Ready to sail through the 140's and catch your ass....OUUUU MVP sounds like a good title for me!!

Eat a couple cheeseburgers this week and stop working out. You deserve it.
 
Re your "Because sleeping on the floor is for poor filthy nasty people and animals"--touche. Me and my cat on the floor, very funny. But still, the futon mattress with the 2 memory foam toppers is like sleeping on a cloud, but yeah, getting up in the morning CAN be difficult. I found a method though: roll onto all fours, get into Downward dog, and walk my hands to my feet then lift my upper body into standing. Works pretty well!

Congrats on breaking through to the 140s! :hurray: Thats awesome, and it has to be motivational. The only way you're catching up with me is if I quit, and I'm not a quitter.

Not cheating for 2 weeks at least, it's Alta's fault. I'm gonna burn some pounds and smack you ladies around. ;)

Heh, I was more messing with Focus on that one... but take it how ya like. :D As I've said I can see the upside to it, it's just not for me. Definately not trying to roll onto the floor in the morning either.

Somehow I think you like being the only guy coming to vegas in a sea of motivated women....hum, could this be a motivator for you? hahaha

Haha, kidding Humps. I'm in all honesty in it for myself. If the Vegas challenge fell apart tommorow I'd still be doin what I do. I think you would too, so you know how I feel.
