Haha, thanks Trops... long time no talk. I actually can't wait to get some new pictures up. I see a huge difference in the me from march to me now. I've still got a ways to go... but I'm seeing my progress.

AM Snack: Lowfat yogurt w/ granola, pb southbeach bar
Lunch: 6" Turkey on wheat

I love them. They taste good and they fit into my meal plan perfectly. The cinnamon raisin are delicious.

Yup, soon. Just need to get someone to take a picture of me. Hopefully this week some time.

Ugh the weekends are frustrating me. I've just had a lot going on the last month of weekends. Went to Charleston, went to Canada, and had my birthday. All those trips/events put me in bad eating situations. So i drop 2-3 lbs during the week when I weigh-in friday. Then monday im up like 4 lbs. So I have to lose the weight I lost the last week + extra. The good thing is its usually a lot of fluid weight from eating carb heavy, so it fluctuates down within a couple days. I'm almost back to fridays weight and its only tuesday!

I do work hard, thats one thing pretty much everyone who knows me can agree on. Had a great workout yesterday. Did some HIIT on the elliptical. Ran some stairs which really worked my legs and glutes. Lifted for chest and triceps.
