Finished off yesterday's food with a whole wheat pita stuffed with grilled chicken, lettuce, cheese, and salsa.

Feeling good but tired today, I need more sleep.
 
Oh man that pita sounds fantastic!!! I was watching x-weighted the other day and this lady came up with a pita that I've never thought to try. It was filled with tuna and spinach dip. Now THAT sounds amazing (especially since I don't eat meat). If I can find a low cal or light spinach dip, I'm definately gonna try it.

So how long will you be in Canada for eh???
 
That does sound good. I like spinach, never used to but once I started eating healthy I aquired a taste for it. I like it in my salads now.

I'll be in Canada friday to sunday.

hey my sexy bent over pose is gold lol the camera can lie to you all you want it to you just have to know your angles It's harder than it looks lol hm I sense a photo shoot happening in Vegas
 
Kasey, its really good. I use the pita shells for all kinds of stuff. Can load them with egg, cheese, spinach, turkey bacon in the morning. Can put regular cold cuts like turkey in there with cheese and some pesto. All kinds of stuff. They're great, and not as bad for you as the standard 2 slices of bread.

lol I better be retaining the rights to them but its funny you mention that when I hit my goal and am satisfied I really want to do some pretty black & white very artsy pictures

I'm planning on buying a Nikon D80 for myself. It's a pretty good semi-professional digital camera. Lookin forward to taking some good pics with that thing.
