Lunch: Grilled chicken w/ rice and a small salad
PM Snack: Some tuna and baby carrots
Dinner: grilled chicken salad /w low fat dressing and some kinda bean soup

The soup was gross but it got me 3pts for the bonus!
 
Great week for the Vegas Challenge. I'm down to 288! Hello Mr. 8, its been a while. Anyways, I'm almost all packed and about to head off for Canada. Everyone have a good weekend.... catch ya on the flip side!

Thanks! You hit the nail on the head there. As long as you eat right and work out hard, theres no way you can't continue a down trend aside from a few fluctiuations here and there.
 
Ok, so it was a great weekend with the family. Totally didn't eat right over the weekend but as soon as I got back home it was all healthy! Got a lot of exercise in over the weekend though. A lot of volleyball and football with the cousins. Even did a little swimming at my uncles' house.

Heh, I'm feeling pretty good MissD. I think that's the trick for me, as soon as I'm back home its back to my regular diet. I know I'm doing well... I just wish I was 30 or 40 pounds lighter right now. I wish my body was physically where I am in my mind.

Those 40 pounds will come off in no time with your consistancey. I think we all battle with our minds at one point or another during this journey. My mind can never seem to keep up with my body is always lagging a bit. But its good your mind is ahead of you its keeps you confident! :D
