HEY thanks TROPS....thats GOOD info....and the sad PART is that I have the stairs here in the back.......one flight....but there is no elevator here.....so I REALLY have no excuse...I read that taking the stairs is not only a way to add a bit of exercise, it also saves time if you are going one flight. Ir you are going two it breaks even and more then that the elevator is faster. Between waiting for the elevator to get to your floor and waiting for the doors and everything, it takes less time to take the stairs. Give it a try and time it.

We have a nice set of stairs here for that. 15 steps and it goes up 13 feet, so very steep. I do that 10 times going up as fast as I can no handrails, but down slower and in control. After ten flights I rest for one minute, then go again. After 5 sets I'm wiped. Best part is that the boss thinks I'm working hard![]()
......HAHAHHA...WORKING hard HUH.....THAT's COMEDY!! IT can't get better than ON THE clock WORKOUTS !!! Actually today was the best because I found something amiss near the stairs and brought it to his attention. So not only did I get some stairs in on the clock, I got an atta-boy for it.![]()
