Big Mac's Lifestyle Change

Yeah, Sensa, thats the opposite side of the state from me. I'm towards the mountains. Great to have a state with beautiful mountains, climate, beaches, and pretty much everything else you could ever want.
 
You need fall!?!?! Seriously... the blue ridge mountains in the fall... probably one of the most amazing sights you'll ever see. If you've ever seen the movie "Last of the Mohicans", it was filmed about 30min from where I live. I'll take some pictures before I head out to Vegas :)

The only thing we really miss out on is dreadfully cold winters. If you want lots of snow/sleet/ice then you should really stay north. We get cold and a little snow sometimes, but your average winter day is in the 40s-50s.
 
This sounds like a move to NC pitch lol I grew up with Falls in Boston...there's just something really charming about being in such an old city with all the leaves changing colors...perfect...
 
I agree. I've been to Boston in the fall and it is pretty nice. Be so much better if the dialect didn't make my ears bleed wicked bad.

No, don't move to NC... just visit. Soooooo many people have moved down from the NY area in the last 2 years. I think Charlotte is the fastest growing city in the US. Low-priced real estate and a healthy job market. I stay away from there though. I like the mountains more. I think I maybe somewhat of a mountain man or hippie at heart :)
 
lol gee thanks....well ppl move because NY sucks...no if I did move it would be to either San Diego or San Francisco
 
Paula, sounds good. Some guy named Snap weighed in on Saturday and posted his weight and is keeping track of his points. I guess he wants in as well. He's posting on the Mens Challenge thread.
 
You guys should come up with some tougher challenges for the boys. Just a suggestion, and NOT saying that the challenges you have now are not tough.
 
The challenges are the same for everyone Amanda. If they pick something hard, they have to do it as well. I just hope they dont make it like, "wear a bra today". Haha. Knowing me I'd go buy a sports bra and rock it out.


Lunch: Grilled chicken, pepers, onions w/ rice and a side salad.
 
Mmmm your lunch sounded good! Minus the peppers. I love peppers but I got a nasty "Bug" 2 weeks ago and the last thing I had munched on before getting sick the next day was green bell peppers and now im like YUCK! lol
 
Haha, I know how that goes. When I was about 12 I got a salad with iceburg lettuce and it had ladybugs all over it. Ever since, I'm not a big fan of iceburg. Sometimes things just rub ya the wrong way and it burns into our memories. Thanks for stoppin by Kasey.

Oh okay... I will stop by there. Do you mind if you have a girl or should we try to just fill your team up with guys and get her on a different team?
 
I say add girls too, first come first serve :). I just want my 3 people. Alta's friend sounds like a nice addition. The competition between them could get heated :D.

HA! That's a GREAT idea! LOL! Although... the bonus challenge is set up to be something we might not do on a daily basis.... and I PRAY all the women are wearing a bra DAILY! LOL So no worries... all the challenges will be weight loss related. ;)

10-4. I think the only thing I really want to make sure of is that they plan on going to Vegas. Besides any kind of emergency or difficult life situation, I want everyone on my team in Vegas. I'm not totally sure wether Snap understands that or not.
 
Good deal, it sounds like he does. I've finally got something resembling a team. Heh, now you ladies are in trouble.
