Big Mac's Lifestyle Change

Ok last night went great.

30min on the elliptical, 5/5min HIIT, 5min cooldown

Chest and Tri's

Bench Press 4x8
Tricep pulldowns 3x8
Cross-cable pec flys 4x8
Cable Tricep extentions 3x8
Incline Dumbell Press 3x8
Skull Crushers 3x8

Also did some medicine ball work for the bonus challenge this week.

So now the best part. I went home and made Terryaki Sish Kabobs w/ chicken, red and yellow sweet bell peppers, onion, and tomatoes. Had it over brown and wild rice. Was sooooooo good, have leftovers today for lunch!

Good morning Paula! That meal was sooooooooo good. Looked like something out of a magazine. Sometimes I even impress myself :D.

Ha ha! I still need to go the grocery store... trying to decide between that diet I talked about yesterday or a fitness competitors diet so I can blast this fat off QUICK before my surgery...

Yeah, I love my diet, basiclly a variation of the Abs Diet. I guess its all about finding a diet you like and that you can stick to. With mine I eat: low fat dairy, lean meats (turkey, chicken, fish), berries and other fruits, veggies low on the glycemic index, eggs, nuts, whole wheat/whole grain carbs, etc. Its really good, and its been working wonders for me.

I think I have that diet here... and YES it has been working great for you! You're doing awesome! :)

Thanks :D. That diet you posted was basiclly a variation on that as well. Eggs, shakes, tuna, whole wheat crackers, etc. I love it, I'll eat this way for the rest of my life.

Yeah that's the best "diet" I think. You can only stay on depriving diets for so long... it's better to just make a lifestyle change out of it. :)

hmmmm..... I LOVE all of these FOODS.....and THIS morning I HAVE been DOING a CONJUNCTION of BOTH and EVERYONE's DIETS...........hahahah ;)

I LOOOOOVVVVVEEEEE wings!!! They are my all-time favourite food. For this reason, and a number of other irresistably juicy delicious meats, I have become a vegetarian.

Beer, I don't enjoy. It tastes raunchy to me. Of course, once I'm drunk enough and out of alcohol (like saturday) I'll have one or 4. I only had ! on saturday though :D

I second that! lol I love shishkabobs...made some last week but not with teryaki sauce. Soon as I find some sugar free or a recipe for it I'll have to try them that way :) Great job on your weightloss btw. I saw the pics you posted at the beginning of your journal and you look great!

Heh, sure Erika... next time I'm in NY I'll just drop by ok?

I hear ya on that Jello. I did an organic terryaki, whatever that means. So it was the lowest sodium lowest sugar option. I'm not gonna be too picky about it as long as it tastes delicious and the pounds keep dropping. Thanks for saying I look great, I do have a serious belly on me though. My weight is just stretched out because I'm so tall. Heres a pic to show you how fat I was a few months ago.

I'm so embarassed about that picture. It's one of the things that motivated me to really change my lifestyle. So I'm that picture minus 50lbs now. Oh well, at least you'll see the difference when ya see the Vegas pics :D.

woww haha that pic is funny.. and you have come a long way from that already!! good job :)

keep makin me proud Shaun :D
