Big Mac's Lifestyle Change

Trops, I hear Peter Lugers is phenominal. I can cook a steak, but someone who cooks them every day for the last 20 years probably does a better job than me. They use really high quality beef too. I'm a huge steak guy, I cut it back with the lifestyle change seeing as copious amounts of red meat aren't quite healthy for ya... but I love it. I'm definately up for trying anything though. One of the best meals I ever had was at a hungarian restaurant in germany. I usually go to NYC in the September area, we'll see what happens this year.

Hey John! Thanks for stopping by. I'm gonna try and drop 6 lbs this week to get under 300. Didn't start off too well when I had a slice of pizza today, but I can buckle down and make the rest of the week count. Canada is a great place John. Clean big cities, beautiful outdoors, its hard to beat. Western Canada especially is stunning. I just don't like how cold it gets in the winter :cuss:.

Woke up late today, got my 8 hours in though. Feeling good, can't wait to go to the gym after work.

Breakfast: whole wheat english muffin w/ pb, 12oz lowfat milk, 5 raspberries
AM Snack: Low-fat Yogurt, almonds
Lunch: Not sure yet...
 
Yeah, I know. Gotta get those bonus points for the Vegas challenge. My team kinda owned it this week, but I think we stirred up a hornets nest. :D
 
Haha, sure they're cute and all.... but winning is winning. Can't let down my teammates or myself! I'm gonna drop 6 lbs this week.
 
C'mon Shaun. You can do it, keep motivated and keep going. You can hit a 6lb target. I did find when I lost my 6lb this week i did cut down on the water to every other day 1/2 as much. Not sure if this helped or not was just experimenting.
 
Thanks BigJohn! I know I can do it. I'm gonna work hard this week. As far as water goes, I drink A LOT of water. I don't think thats gonna really have an effect though unless you're eating bad carbs that hold water. I think water is one of those things you can never have enough of :).
