Big Mac's Lifestyle Change

Would you eat chicken feet again? If you tried them again and didn't like them would you continue? Those are the situations I find myself in. I'm not so closed-minded as to not be willing to try things though.

I go running. I hate it. I go again. I hate it. I go again. I hate it. It's good for me, and I like what it does for me health wise. Sure there are other ways of getting that same benefit, but running is really good. You know what? I'm starting to hate it less and less. Will I actually like it? Probably some day. Will I miss it? Some day, I'm sure I will miss running.

Haha, nice! I can appreciate the analogy. If everytime you started running you were gagging and wanting to throw up would you still run? :D

Broccoli in garlic hummus is mmmmmmmm. I recommend giving that a shot!

Hell yes, mmmmmmmh!! I love broccoli, done anyway :D

Hmmm, you know, not to be rude but I suspect that when you drop more weight, running will be more fun. It'll be less taxing on your bod and you'll most likely be able to go faster. For example, I'm 28 pounds lighter than my heaviest. If I put on a 28 pound vest and went running right now, I'd probably hate it, too.

Not rude at all. I agree. I do get a sense of accomplishment from it. When I do well I am really proud of myself for sticking it out. That helps to keep me motivated.

I will grab a 50 pound bad of whatever and carry it around for a while just to remind me that I do not want to go back there.
