Big Mac's Lifestyle Change

I want a grilled chicken salad!! But I think after Sunday's events at the breakfast joint, I won't be touching meat for a long time.

Haha, the workouts I see them doing are. But I've been making my own workout. Laps of just kicking on a board, tredding water with weights in my hands above my head, laps running in the shallow water, using my arms to "dip" outta the pool on the ledge x 20, etc. Its a pretty good workout.
 
Ok, the knee and wrist are feeling great today. Want to do some more rehab with the resistance bands before I really start running and jumping again. I'm feeling great though. Ready to smash those pounds again!

Breakfast: 1/2 Grapefruit, FiberOne Raisin Cluster w/ 1% milk
AM Snack: FiberOne Yogurt, almonds
Lunch: 6" Turkey sub from subway

Mmmmm Grapefruit! What do the resistance bands do? Im hoping some good [really good] stretching will make my shin "splints" go away [or somewhat away]

I love grapefruit :D, I hear it helps your metabolism too... who knows. The resistance bands are for strength training. Can use them to strengthen your knees and feet. .
 
see thats the beauty of it a woman never needs to know how to cook if she knows how to please in other ways
 
I couldn't agree more, I can cook a great meal.... and she can please me in other ways, like washing the dishes :D.
