Ok, the knee and wrist are feeling great today. Want to do some more rehab with the resistance bands before I really start running and jumping again. I'm feeling great though. Ready to smash those pounds again!

AM Snack: FiberOne Yogurt, almonds
Lunch: 6" Turkey sub from subway
