Get your mind outa the gutter.
Anyways, I was noticing that my bis are a decent size, but they're not rock solid. They're pretty hard, but I was wondering if there was any method to get them real hard. Maybe it comes with size? idk... for bis I currently do 3:10,8,6... I have 25 lbs. per DB and I do curls (I don't switch off, both at same time). Then I do same amounts/set up with Hammer Curls.
It's kinda same thing with tris...but I don't do as much work on tris as I should, mostly due to lack of equipment...but in the next week I'm getting a bench, EZ bar, etc. so I'll be able to add excercises to my whole routine. So tris I'm not really thinking about atm, just the bis.
Any suggestions?
