For about the lat 6 or 7 months I have been building up my arms.
I'm having to do all this at home as I am not a member of a gym and cannot afford it or afford expensive equipment right now.
I started off gently, but now i have a bag filled with everything from a couple of old dumbells right down to marbles and water which comes up to about 15Kg. Morning and evening do 25 reps of bicep curls on each arm seperately with this bag, then 50 press-ups and 100 sit-ups.
Basically, I was just wondering if anyone has any tips for other exercises i can do at home as I'm out of ideas and could do with some variation and something a bit mroe strenuous.
