Bicept help.

Hey guys hows it goin? I need some help with the bicept, its not that there weak its there size that needs help. Lately Ive been curling 80 pounds 10x3-4, I weigh 140 and it seems like a decent challenge for me. Could someone give me some tips on how to increase there size please.
 
First, it is "bicep," No t in there.

To see size gains, your diet has to rock, basically. You may be strong, but if you wanna want size, your diet is where it's at.

Equally important, you should be working your whole body, are you? What's that routine like? If you are curling 3-4 times a week and working your legs every couple of weeks, theres a problem, not saying that you are, but just giving an example.
 
Try reps of 15,12,10,8,optional 6. I did that for over a year, now im concentrating on strength training. But those reps worked good for me in getting bigger. And yea, eat.
 
Eat good. Also Single arm curls are nice for the biceps as well... that really feels good.

If you are also curling 80 pounds 10x for 3-4 sets, you can stand back against the wall to make sure you arent cheating and using your back to swing up the 80 pounds rather than just your arms which is what i think you are doing.

Eat great. Im not saying eat meat 4 times a week, apparently meat is only 2 times and salmon and tuna are 2 times as well... so you need to find some good pasta grains and what not for 3 days. WHOLE WHEAT. LOW SUGAR. HIGH FIBER
 
i read this before on this site i think or there was a link to it but it basically like this...

workout biceps once a week, one week to an intense crazy bicep workout then give them a break for a week and when you do them again just do another bicep workout but much smalled with more reps and less weight

i was going to try this but never did give it a try maybe
