Bicep exercise

its best to stick to compound exercises, parallel grip lat pull, high pulls and upright rows work the biceps plenty.

If you really have to isolate, then standing barbell curls are best.

IMO their is no 'best', trial and error is what is for sure. Because whatever works wonders for me, might not for you. Again, IMO, I like concentration curls but my bi's grow like a weed with any sort of horizontal bar isolation.

I'm with R.Lewis. No need to isolate with so many exericses for a small muscle group, but if I have to choose, I would go with conventional standing barbell curls (minus the rocking & swaying!)

"If you look at the EMG studies, the two biceps exercises that recruit the most motor units are incline curls and preacher curls. The main reason is that you don't have to fire any other motor units from other muscle groups."

The highest # of motor units for one muscle doesn't always allow you to lift maximum weight to grow. Sometimes slightly including other muscles will allow you to overload your biceps more.
