Which bicep exercise is better, concentration curls, or preacher curls?
its best to stick to compound exercises, parallel grip lat pull, high pulls and upright rows work the biceps plenty.
If you really have to isolate, then standing barbell curls are best.
I've always wondered why many men at the gym do it with a pelvic thrust type of movement....conventional standing barbell curls (minus the rocking & swaying!)
