Bicep curls

ok so im doing these curls.. i notice my biceps are getting bigger, which is what i want so people can see :D

problem is people dont flex 24/7. so my biscep only lump when my arms are in the L shape when im natural. problem is that theres a lot of fat infront of the bicep

its the end ^ of the lower arm, just before the biscept upper arm distroy my bicep curve when i bend my arms

Eat a healthy diet, do plenty of cardio, get enough protein and continue lifting weights to build and tone your biceps. If you lose the fat on your arms through diet and excercise, and at the same time you lift weights to increase the size and tone of the muscle, it will definately show through nicely.
 
dumbells... i sit on the dumbell platform thing with the back set pretty straight.. i left up ... doing a vertical dumbell to horizontal movement, and when i lower its same thing reverse
 
lol i'd say. haha i'm confused. just use the names man it makes it soooo much easier to get... for dumbasses like me anyway!
