ok so im doing these curls.. i notice my biceps are getting bigger, which is what i want so people can see 
problem is people dont flex 24/7. so my biscep only lump when my arms are in the L shape when im natural. problem is that theres a lot of fat infront of the bicep

its the end ^ of the lower arm, just before the biscept upper arm distroy my bicep curve when i bend my arms
