well i have to admit after being really strict with my diet for a very long time, i slipped a bit this week. my parents came to visit and they do not eat healthy and they eat a lot. just being around them made it hard to follow my now normal eating habits. fortunately i did not slack on the exercise, but i will have to tighten the reins next week. i will be super strict on my diet and probably double up on the running and abs. one week should fix the crappy 4 days i just had.
figured you guys starting out would like to know even someone who has come as far as i have still slips up. its always a battle, keep on fighting.
