better pics of before and after, 102 lbs lost

well i have to admit after being really strict with my diet for a very long time, i slipped a bit this week. my parents came to visit and they do not eat healthy and they eat a lot. just being around them made it hard to follow my now normal eating habits. fortunately i did not slack on the exercise, but i will have to tighten the reins next week. i will be super strict on my diet and probably double up on the running and abs. one week should fix the crappy 4 days i just had.

figured you guys starting out would like to know even someone who has come as far as i have still slips up. its always a battle, keep on fighting.

Hey, its another way to be a good example. Let yourself have a few naughty days and right back on the wagon. :willy_nilly:
 
well still going at it. had a few to many cheat days over the holidays, i usually dont cheat at all. back on track now though. been weighing in steadily at 173 from the 169 i got down to, but i have no doubt i am building a lot of muscle. i have been killing the weights and still running everyday. cant see it being any bad weight gain. here is an update pic i took today.

thanks. i am finally starting to be happy with how i look. for a while i wasn't satisfied cause i had some loose skin, which i still have, but it is slowly tightening up. it seems like the skin is on a 6 month delay from the weight loss. i think upping my weight training and building muscle has helped. you are always more critical of yourself than everyone else is. i guess its like your car, you know were the dings and dents (bulges and sags) are but no one else sees them.
 
well today is my last day of a 2 week vacation. i did pretty well with the exercise and eating during it. its always hard when you are not doing your regular routine. in the whole two weeks i took 2 days off, which means i did nothing at all exercise wise those days. i ate pretty clean the whole time. put another pound or two of muscle on since my last weight update. weighing about 174-175lbs. figure i am going to keep doing what i am doing till spring and then i am going to try and cut up a little by upping my cardio and running. i may try to drop a few more pounds then. we will see.
 
sorry its been a while, computer was down. thanks for the compliments. i have worked hard. still going heavy on the weights and abs. i am about 179 right now, could cut a few pounds and will hopefully by summer. i have kinda cheated on my eating here and there but the lifting makes me hungry. abs are definitely coming. heres a pic of my current status with a good ab flex.

another pic in shorts that actually fit. i have to get new clothes again. bought some 32 inch waist pants that are not tight at all. to think i used to have 46 inch waist pants.

was just wandering did you lose weight before you stared weight training or after you lost the weight???
