Best time to workout

It's different for everyone, pretty much just your personal preference. I usually workout at 10pm after a 2 hour nap. But that's me.
 
i workout whenever, mostly noonish - 5ish though :]

i like to workout when there are ladies though, to show off my muscles ^^
if u haven't yet, sign up for a club membership. its worth it, i'd say, i've made alot of friends there lol. all with the similar fitness goals ^^
