Best post workout supplement?

Well, I'm 16 years old and I'm trying to loose some fat and gain muscle at the same time. I'm between 5'11 and 6 feet tall and weigh about 155 lbs. I eat a normal teenage diet (everything) but I've cut back on the junk and over eating so I've managed too loose 15 pounds over a couple of months but the fat just wont go away. I don't want to mess with creatine, N.O or thermogenics or anything like that. I'm currently taking GNC wheybolic 60, a few sips before and I finish the shake after I workout. It's about 2 and a half scoops with water. All GNC's I go to throw me toward this product but it's obvious to me that it's the most overpriced thing in the store (or is it?) and GNC can make more money without having to go through a different company. So I was wondering if there was anything else that would come out with better results? I was overwhelmed because there's just so much. Thanks :)

Milk. Seriously. I mix mine with milo.

IMO, forget the fat loss side of your goals, you're way too light, once you hit 200 then think about fat loss

I drink a litre of strawberry milk after training and much like Goldfish suggested, 200g of nuts slowly over a few hours after.

But seriously though, you're 155lbs, don't even think about fat loss

Hello.
for best post workout supplement you can use protein shakes that is whey protein mixed with 3 to 5g creatine.it is the best combination for muscle growth and recovery.
regards.

Thanks for all your responses, one problem; I'm allergic to nuts. The milk I do drink but like as I said I take GNC wheybolic 60. Is there anything that would be better? And about weighing 155 I'm still chunky. My core has too much flab for me to even get a pack, I've been working for months at it.

Sunwarrior protein powder is good. It is organic and diary free.
