Well, I'm 16 years old and I'm trying to loose some fat and gain muscle at the same time. I'm between 5'11 and 6 feet tall and weigh about 155 lbs. I eat a normal teenage diet (everything) but I've cut back on the junk and over eating so I've managed too loose 15 pounds over a couple of months but the fat just wont go away. I don't want to mess with creatine, N.O or thermogenics or anything like that. I'm currently taking GNC wheybolic 60, a few sips before and I finish the shake after I workout. It's about 2 and a half scoops with water. All GNC's I go to throw me toward this product but it's obvious to me that it's the most overpriced thing in the store (or is it?) and GNC can make more money without having to go through a different company. So I was wondering if there was anything else that would come out with better results? I was overwhelmed because there's just so much. Thanks
