Best breakfast?

i work at an adult outlet. i could eat but would rather not. i deal with alot of dirty people. by 5 o'clock im hungry as hell tho. so i come home scrub down, eat up.
scrambled eggs tend to curb the appetite real well.
 
Maybe it would be better for people to add things like raisons to your breakfast cereal this way it will help people to get there 5 fruit/veg a day :)

There are raisins in the trail mix.
 
My usual breakfast varies, I created my own mixture;

Bran flakes, fru-bran, oats, mixed muesli (contains pineapple, banana and other fruity chunks), a few nuts and then some raisins thrown on top and skimmed milk. Then I'll have some tea with skimmed milk and sometimes a banana/apple.

This meal keeps me happy from 7.30 - 12.30, it's great for me.

Bare in mind I am no dietitian, hopefully there isn't any floors in this ;)
 
i have two scrambled eggs w/ a pinch of cheese and a little salsa. grapefruit juice for the drink. that tides me over for 8 hours. might not be the best breakfast in the world but it works for me and prep time is about 5-8 min. depending on how sleepy i am.

i have 2 eggs trail mix and a proprietary blend of protien. The eggs are easy. The day before put them in a platic bag with veggies of your choice squish it around and throw in the fridge. That morning put a pot of water on the stove and throw the bag and all in. wait about 8 min. and you have a scrambled egg breakfast without extra fat from oil or butter. Personal recipe. :)

Cool idea for the eggs, but what about complex carbs??? You should add oatmeal or whole wheat bread to your breakfast imo.

Well that is followed about half an hour later with 2 slices double fiber wheat bread and low-fat cheese. My protien doesn't mix well with bread. I dunno why.

My new breakfast is: cook some oatmeal (with wheat germ and bran added), mix in chocolate whey powder, milk, trail mix and blueberries. I also usually have an orange with it. Tastes great and is full of carbs, protein, fats and fiber.

I dont get why that is, butif thats the case i would do it the other way aroud. Eat the carbs first, then the protein.
 
Alright. I'll see what i can do. i might eat the bread upon rising and the protien before i leave.


Hmm. I'll have to give that a try. Sounds delicious. And a good way to start the day.
 
Ultimate Nutrition whey. I put a scoop in my oatmeal for breakfast, then have 2 scoops and 2 scoops of gatorade post workout.

I eat 6 meals per day. One approx every 3 hours or so throught the day.
 
i do the same. i eat about every 3-4 hours. give or take. And since im bulking i add small snacks between. It drives my professors crazy. lol. i eat constantly all day.
