Going to the gym in a hour to do some back and shoulder exercises then going to walk the track.

Just got back from the gym I guess this would be day 2 of my journey. I did shoulders, traps, the stair climber and the ten laps around the outside of the track.Going to the gym in a hour to do some back and shoulder exercises then going to walk the track.
