So I felt like bragging about my personal best bench press today which was 95lbs..3 sets..12 reps until I checked out youtube and saw women lifting 130 and upwards pounds. Damn it.......harder work ahead.

According to the 1 rep max calculators, 12 reps of 95# = 137 and these calculators are usually pretty accurate.
