lol, you're not alone!! when i just started in the lifting scene my coach told me that close grip bench was a good tricep builder.. i was like aweseome (i wanted big tris at the time), and i did them for like 2 months, elbows as far out as they could go, and wondered why i made no gains.. 'till my football coach came while we were workn out and laughed at me lololLeiYunFat said:Lol, yeah mreik, I used to do close-grip and I would just end up benching with my elbows out all far and my wrists bent like 90 degrees.
