Yrs of consistency, good form, good diet will get you results
 
I haven't maxed out but I work out with 140 lbs 4 sets of 10 reps.
5'10" 170lbs 30 yrs old been working out for 7 monts.

And the most ive hit once is 185, that was in mid summer, but i havent been working out as much and probably have gone down.
 
Megan your 16 and you bench 140 for 8 reps! Wow. You've got to be kidding me. Unless you workout ALL the time. That meaning your whole LIFE.
 
It's nice to know that I could get my ass kicked by a 16 year old female haha. Meg that's pretty impressive :) .
