It was off a website that I found where someone had mixed up some songs to go for the exact durations.
As it is I am going to have my step-son mix some of my music.
Don't be too impressed.........I am sure I look like a fish outta water during the 3 minutes!!! LOL

I just thought it was neat to see that in another diary you posted that you participate in ZUMBA!!! I had been in a class of Zumba earlier this year and thought it was ALOT OF FUN!! I had a hard time keeping up with everyone (had to sit alot) haha

Anyways I hope you're doing well in your weight journey!! I will go now to read your journey from the beginning!!

Yeah I really like Zumba. The only problem is that at the YMCA there are sooooo many people taking the class that it is waaaaay over crowded.

Well made it thru the night okay.
Actually got home a bit earlier than usual. Got up just before 9 this morning and quickly got around so that I could head to the YMCA and get my run in. Before I could "talk" myself outta going. LOL
I think I did very well with the run.
I didn't use the music that I downloaded to my MP3. I just kept track of the time on the treadmill and listened to some stuff I already had on my MP3.
In all ( when the times are added up ) I ran for 9 minutes. Two times at 3 minutes and 2 times at 1:30.
Weighed in this morning at 208 even so I know that things are looking better and better on that front.
I am hoping to at least break even with the same numbers I had last week.
We'll see.
Well I gotta go.
It is beautiful outside, for once, and the kids want to go play.

Morning all~
Just got back from the Chiropractor. Man do I love that guy! LOL
How anyone can say that a Chiro is not a doc I don't know.
I have a bit of a history with my back not doing what it is suppose to from time to time. And every once in a while it will get tweaked just right and man will it hurt.
Last night was one of those nights.
Which really sucks 'cuz at work I have to bend over alot to pick stuff up off the floor. So every time I would bend down............Bzzpzpz a little shock of pain would get me right in the lower back.
But like I said I just got back from getting everything put back where it belongs. So I am feeling good now.
I just need to remember to sit up nice and tall while I am on the 'puter today.

This weekend went really well, weight-wise as well as food wise.
They fed us again at work. Fajitas! Yummy.
I didn't actually have a fajita. What I did have was a small serving of grilled chicken, cooked vegetables (peppers and onions) and a healthy portion of salsa. Stayed away from all things high in fat. Guacamole, tortillas, sour cream, cheese, ect. And it payed off, 'cuz I actually hit my low weight of last Tuesday yesterday afternoon before I headed off to work. I was actually very surprised , not at the fact that I weighed that but that I weighed that in the afternoon. We all know that most everyone weighs more and more as the day goes on.
So I was not surprised to see that I was coming in at 207 even this morning. Which is only .2 higher than last Tuesday. Of course had I been able to get all my sleep last night I am sure that I would have come in lower than 207.
So I am excited to see what the scale fairy will bring me tomorrow. hehe

I am so proud of myself. Yesterday someone in my Sunday School class brought in doughnuts to share with everyone.
I am not talking just any doughnuts here. I am talking fresher than fresh, huge delicious smelling doughnuts!!!!! Divine!!! :drool5:
I didn't have one. I watched everyone else dig in. They were so big that most people split them with someone else.
But not me!!! YEAH!!!

I had my step-son take a new picture of me in my workout gear.
It is obvious from looking at the pic and comparing it to the last pic I took (which was in November of '07) that I have gained some weight back.
I am very disappointed in myself. I really do believe that had I kept up with the picture taking I may not have gained the weight back that I did.
Dh tells me that I was smaller even than the pic from 11/07. But to my mind's eye I couldn't see it.
I am attaching the pic at the bottom so that you all can see where I am at in my journey. And so that you can all hold me accountable to keep
taking the pics on a regular basis.

Okay I am gonna cruise around and see how everyone else's weekend went.

Im still having problems with my neck.. i mean seriously, it just feels heavy and now the other side is hurting.. even hurts whn I swallow food.. crazy!!! im scared of chiropractors.. :( I wish I werent!

I use to be scared of them too. Was all caught up in the once you go you have to go all the time thing. But that is not true at all. And once I went and felt better I couldn't justify the fear any longer.
Sorry to hear about your neck. Have you been putting anything on it? Ice/heat?
Sounds to me like you might want to make your way to your family doc........especially since it has been bothering you for more than a week now.

I know how you feel about posting pics.
I never wanted to since once I did I could no longer deny what is really going on.
I really love the picture program that I have. Since it makes it way easy to see the difference in the pics.

I love this place too!
 
Okay so I too went to the website that Kimmy J found and these are the results it gave me.
If these were to hold true, it would take me nearly 9 months to get to the "recommended" weight. Government standings that is.
In all actuality all I really want is to make it to 165 and re-evaluate things from there. If I am feeling good about myself at that weight then I will be cool with it. All in all, all I really want is to be healthy. I am not stuck on a number on the scale or a pants size.

Kimmyj must spend oodles of time looking for cool weightloss sites,
she found one at the prevention site that lets you build a virtual model so that you can a visual to motivate you.
I think I may even register so that I can use a real picture of me.
Mine are attached.

I remember using one of those years ago and I'm so happy I was able to find it again! I didn't realize you could use a real picture of you if you registered! I might try that....but I'd rather see the weight come off of a REAL ME! haha
 
Gotta be fast about this as we, dh and I, are getting ready to head out the door to catch a baseball game.
Weighed in at 205.4 this morning!!!!
That puts me down another 1.4 pounds since my last official weigh-in.
All together since I got back into this game I have now lost 8.2 pounds.
That's 8.2 pounds in 17 days! That's amazing in my opinion.
Okay hubby is saying lets hit the road so I am outta here.
I'll check back in later tonight and cruise thru everyone's diaries then.

Ok i'm totally jealous on your rapid weight loss!!! Good for you! Ok sooooo is DH dear husband? Heheh.. Im such a dork ! I had to bust out the calculator right now to determine where I am at compared to you. So in 3 weeks and 2 days i've lost 9.6! Yahooo.. oh gosh how i'd love a huge loss.. but im in it to win it! No quitting. How are you doing on your running? Gosh last night I did week 4 day 3.. I was thinking of redoing that today but im going for week 5! Yikes. I hadn't been able to get in the gym since last Wednesday so it felt good but I was toast after I was finished. I stayed on that treadmill for 55 min!! Wooot wooot!
