I gained like 7 lbs total in like 10 days.. ouch. So now i am back in full force to lose it all and some.
I think over all I gained like almost 4 pounds with the water weight added in. But that went quickly and I am now floating at about 1 1/2~2 pounds.
2008 is the year we are going to reach our goals!!

I am back to going to the gym like 5-6 times a week. I hear you about the cardio and out of shape. I did not exercise for like 10 days straight and jumped on the treadmill yesterday and almost died!!! i was out of breath around 1 mile and I usually run 3 miles with no problems. needless to say I was pretty bummed out.
Yeah I wasn't to impressed with myself yesterday either. I felt like I was still doing pretty good with everything but obviously I was not.
i joined the V-day challenge.
I joined Kimberly's Biggest Loser challenge. And set a new mini-goal of 185 by Valentine's Day.
I kept track of my calories eaten and burned through-out the Halloween challenge and try to match that (where I lost like 15 lbs). i hope i can.
I am sure you will do great.
Now we just need to get this done together!!!
