I was so excited when the ticker went under 200. And even more so that I was able to keep it under during the holidays. Now I just need to make it start travelling down again. LOL:smilielol5:

I joined Kimberly's Biggest Loser Challenge. I am planning on working really hard since I don't want to be booted off the challenge. And I certainly don't want to be booted off first!

I gained like 7 lbs total in like 10 days.. ouch. So now i am back in full force to lose it all and some.
I think over all I gained like almost 4 pounds with the water weight added in. But that went quickly and I am now floating at about 1 1/2~2 pounds.
2008 is the year we are going to reach our goals!!

I am back to going to the gym like 5-6 times a week. I hear you about the cardio and out of shape. I did not exercise for like 10 days straight and jumped on the treadmill yesterday and almost died!!! i was out of breath around 1 mile and I usually run 3 miles with no problems. needless to say I was pretty bummed out.
Yeah I wasn't to impressed with myself yesterday either. I felt like I was still doing pretty good with everything but obviously I was not.
i joined the V-day challenge.
I joined Kimberly's Biggest Loser challenge. And set a new mini-goal of 185 by Valentine's Day.
I kept track of my calories eaten and burned through-out the Halloween challenge and try to match that (where I lost like 15 lbs). i hope i can.
I am sure you will do great.
Now we just need to get this done together!!!

I am so excited to read your intro! I am at 201 today (I was at 207...my all-time high a couple of days ago) and I am so excited to see how far you've come! I am so glad I found this place I think it will help so much. I really wanted to eat more today too, but now I am sure that I won't.

Also, you are not the only reverse anorexic in the world I am definately one too.

Okay before too much time gets away from me today I am going to update my diary.
Had a really good day yesterday. Up until a point that is........stupid Ritz crackers!
I had my cals just in the range that I wanted them and decided to go and watch Hairspray. I rented it to watch on New Years Eve but never got around to it. And with it needing to go back I NEEDED to get it watched!
So dh and older son were using the Tv in living room so I decide to watch the movie in our room. BIG MISTAKE!!!!
I got all snuggly comfy, turned on my electric blanky, and started focusing on how I really wanted a snack. Got up, grabed a 100 cal pack of Lorna Doone cookies. YUM!
Ten minutes goes by and the little voice from the cupboard starts calling again. I of course follow said voice and grab another 100 cal pack of the evil cookies.
While all this is going on my new puppy, who I had let up on my bed, decided to PEE ON MY BED!!!!!
So I punish the dog, strip the bed, and feel the desire to snack again.
I'm telling you that week in NYC virtually ruined my will power.
So I grab an entire sleeve of Ritz Crackers. Yep you read that right. An entire sleeve. And yes I ate the whole dang thing!!! BAD! BAD! BAD!
No one was there to see me so I could have just let it go and of course seen a leap on the scale. But once the movie was over I just couldn't get past the guilty feeling that I was having. That and knowing that if I pulled that stunt in a few days I would certainly be booted off the Biggest Loser Challenge that I just signed up for.
So since I was feeling so bad I jumped on my elliptical and pounded out 40 minutes of butt busting exercise. Twenty minutes of 1 program and a second 20 minutes of a different program.
It said that I burned off 540 cals. But on our elliptical you can't input your weight so who knows it could of been more.
Anywho I get up this moring and weigh myself expecting for sure to see that the scale hasn't gone anywhere at all when in fact it has dropped down at least a pound from yesterday. I am now .4 pounds away from hitting a new low. AMAZING!!!!
So in the end I ate like a pig, worked out like a dog and ended up weighing less. Go Figure.
At least I know that I can do it when I put my mind to it.
And that is what is the most important for now.

I still get that feeling plenty of times. That "I am way thinner than I am" feeling.
In fact was having that feeling not to many weeks ago. Which I had to nip in the bud when I noticed it. 'Cuz if I don't kick it down early on it will prevent me from continuing on this journey. Makes me feel like I have gotten far enough.
But I know that haven't.
Keep up the good work that you have started.
 
Okay so here is the food for the day
1 cup yogurt cheerios
1cup skim milk
3tbsp coffee creamer
4oz boneless centercut porkloin (YUM!)
1 can progresso soup
3/4 cup white minute rice
3 1/2 cups cali blend
*UPDATE*
4oz grilled chicken
1 1/2 cup steamed green & yellow beans
slice of bread w/ smart balance butter
banana
Grand Total 1420 cals with 30 minutes of cardio burning off 345 cals for a MEGAGRAND TOTAL of 1075
so far the total cals is 960
with at least 600 left to play with IF I don't exercise. If I do I could go as high as 1000 more. But don't know that I will do that........*grimace on face*

That looks like a great food list today Bell!! one I would certainly see myself eating as well. I had some progresso soup yesterday, mmmm I love that stuff, and I buy the light, so it's only like 120 per can. Not bad for processed food I guess. GOOD JOB so far girlie, YEAH!

I was smiling at the Ritz cracker evil, in my house it is the Oreo cracker evil... Just before Christmas i ate 1/2 bag all by myself and it took me maybe 10 min tops.
But I am glad that you had the will-power to jump on the elliptical afterwards!!! If I remember correctly all i did after my "way too many Oreo cookies consumed for one day" binge is felt sorry for myself. Only if I had some of that motivation of yours in December!!!
Last August I bought and HRM for myself and it was the best equipment I invested in to date. It calculates my calories burnt based on how high my heart-rate is, gender, resting heart-rate, weight, age.. etc. I never had my calories estimated correctly without it. It is funny, I try to exercise about 550 cals off in the gym and there are days when I achieve that in 50 min and there are days it takes me 1 hr15min.
Of course you can do it girl!! Go kick butt in the challenge!!
