So here it is another Friday. Means I have to go to work.........again. SIGH
Don't get me wrong, I don't mind working just that it's not my dream job.
Yesterday ended pretty good. I stayed right in my cals.
Had a brunch thingy with my friend from Canada before she went back home. We ate at Bob Evans. I forgot that we were going to actually eat out so had already had an egg-beater pita with ham. So when we got there I only had 1 1/2 multi-grain pancakes and water. No butter and no syrup. I spread some no-sugar blackberry jam on them and you know it wasn't to bad. A little dry but still quite tasty.
Since I basically had lunch so early I didn't eat again until supper. Which is a staple in this house. Spaghetti.
Used organic whole wheat pasta.........man I can't wait for spaghetti squash to come back into season. I love that stuff!!!
Had some sauce from a company called Barilla. Only 50 cals for a 1/2 cup. Went ahead and thru in some onions, green peppers, shroomies, and the rest of the pork tenderloin from the night before.
Even had garlic bread. Two 1" slices = 180 cals. Gonna have to find a better way for that as I love Garlic bread.
In all I kept the whole meal to 675 cals. Which left me a little room to play with for the snacks that they always have at my Master Gardener Class.
Gotta love those ladies. They put out the GOOD stuff but always make sure that there are healthy options too. I usually find someone to split something with so I don't feel totally deprived watching everyone else eat cakes and cookies while I sit back and munch veggies and fruit.
Didn't get any exercise in except 50 (25 in the morning and 25 before bed) ab roller reps. MAN AM I SORE FROM THAT!!!!
It is so hard to roll it all the way out and then to try and hold that postion and then roll back. I use to be able to do like 100 at a time. That was back in my younger days. Sometimes I coud just kick myself for letting myself get this way. Oh Well. What's done is done.
So like I said it is Friday. I need to clean the house before I go to work as well as sneak a quick nap in. Since I don't get home til it is so late if I don't have the nap things go downhill fast!!!

Oh my Gosh! I almost forgot.........hehehe......I weighed myself this morning and I am no longer in the 20's. I now weigh 219.6. I know it's not much weight lost but I so badly wanted to get into the teens!!!!
Tomorrow I start the Halloween Challenge and am looking forward to getting to "one"derland in 8 weeks. I think I can do it!!!
