Thought I'd drop in again quickly!! Weigh in tomorrow, I've had a fairly good week. Would like to have lost at least a couple hundred grams!!
My 12 week challenge starts tomorrow, so I thought I'd get in and make some 3 month goals!!! So, here's what I hope to achieve in the next 3 months...
-Weigh 65kgs
-Visit the dentist
-Be up to date with my course
They look pretty general (haha, except the first one... that'll be a challenge!) but I'm trying to make it things I can be accountble for that I could let slide, but I won't!! To achieve the first one, I'm going to be working out like a fiend and will have crazy support from the other 30+ people in the class. They have a private FB group which is really active so it'll keep me on track!! So crazy amounts of exercise and crazy amounts of healthy food. The second one, I now have health insurance and have a dentist appt on Thu the 24th at 10:30am. Yew. The third- well, being up to date with my course will pretty much entail keeping on top of my assignments. I'm sure that I won't have a choice as someone in the class has latched onto me a bit and she's come over twice this week to do the majority of our first assignment together, can see that as being something that may happen regularly. Haha. All good things!
I've actually made 6 month/ 9 month/ 12 month goals too but I won't share them till after 3 months. That way I can reassess if I need to.
Tomorrow will be a busy day, I have to be at the park at 5:30am tomorrow (yuck, I'll be up at 5!), I'll be home just after 7am and will have to quickly eat breakfast and shower. The lady from my class will be here at 8am to use our printer and then we are walking to class together to meet the lecturer early so she can look over our assignments and tell us if we need to make any adjustments before handing them in tomorrow. Then... class 9-3. Husband has the day off too and I won't see him till the end of the day!! Boo!!!
Anyhoo... I plan on making serious changes in myself in the next 12 weeks!!! Hopefully I'll have new friends at the end of it too!!!
