2011: 13st 11.. 29/5/11.
UPDATE: a couple more lb lighter this week
7/6/11
UPDATE August 2011: I still have horrible "love handles" which I've kinda hidden in this pic but just wanted to show that for the first time I can (kind of) see some kind of muscle/ab situation going on lol
They are so hard to get rid of, but due to not being able to spot train I have to do it through overall weight loss!

A few bits of advice for people starting their journey;
. DRINK LOTS OF WATER. It's annoying I know, and boring...but try and carry a bottle of it with you whereever you go. I have only recently learned the importance of this and have had great results whilst doing so.
. Do 30mins of cardio per day. If you are too busy, just do 10 minutes here and there and work it up to 30mins at the end of the day.
You dont 'need' a gym. Just go for a good walk, (go quick) and also try running, its so good for you! A skipping rope also works wonders, as do all things like pushups/situps and all that jazz.
. Try not to eat soon before bed. I always have my last meal at 7pm, and I eat 3 square meals a day. I'm aware some people eat 6x a day in smaller portions; I sometimes do that, but made sure a protien shake was the last meal.
Thanks for looking,
Dan
