Did you have a period of time that you plateaued? Or times when you just weren't as motivated??? Or for the 8 months were you right on track??

Well i was losing about 2-3 pounds every week for awhile and then towards the end of my weightloss i was losing 1 pound every week and sometimes not anything in a week..it made me frusterated but i kept at it!! I stayed in the 130's for a long time..it took me awhile to get into the 120's i remember that.

Your pics gave me such a motivation, recently I was about to give up on my diet but when I saw your progress I went right back on track, I'm at the same weight now as your start weight and can't wait to get down to 120.

Wow, your body could be me in the befores- I'm 5'3" and 170 at the moment, just looking to get some inspiration for starting out- hey if I could look like you when I'm done that's motivation!

congrats on the progress, stay strong and keep it up! And for the bikini pics, I have to give it up for that. I'm laughing, but not at that. The expression on the before and after, it's just like every infomercial you see for diet pills. Before, everyone is sad and depressed about their body, and after, they're ecstatic!

I just read through this entire thread. And I know you've heard it thousands of times, but you look great, and congrats on all that hard work and keeping it off.

I'm at your former starting weight and have the same ending goal that you're at now....Like everyone said before, you're an inspiration. Thank you for posting your pictures and story. Ok, now I'm off to exercise :waving:
