You've inspired me to keep up girl. :)

For breakfast id usually have a bowl of cereal(special K) or a piece of toast with peanut butter on it. Lunch id have either a can of chicken or tuna or a sandwich with anytype of meat on it with fat free american cheese. Then for supper id just have a protien shake (id get the powder kind and mix it with fat free milk)..and also didnt eat past 7pm. For snacks id have some kind of veggies or fruits.

I notice that you were talking about wearing skirts now. Was there any type of exercise you did that made you lose your thigh weight? It seems like that's the hardest part to lose.

Btw, you look so great in your mini!

Congratulations on your weight loss, its such a motivation to come on this site and see someone who is a normal down to earth person who can go from that weight to how you look now. I myself have struggled as most women with my weight for the last few years, I had reached my target previously of 115lbs (i'm only 5ft) I kept this weight for years and found it the perfect weight for me, however after an accident and being off work for 3 months and then a further op and being off work for anohter 3 months i found the weight slowly creeping back on,. then i moved into my own place and the end of the weight finally crept back on, I reached a weight of 140lbs this for my 5ft frame was far too heavy. Recently i've pushed myself to go the gym, now i enjoy going 4 times a week for the last 3 months, and i do 1 and half hours in the gym. I've reached 126lbs now but i've still a bit to go, Its when i see pictures like your picture that i realise that it can be done and not to forget that it takes time, it doesnt happen over night and i think thats were ppl give up and tend to loose confidence in the weight loss. However it takes a while and you've proved with patience and exercise it can be done.. Congrats!!!

Im soo thrilled to hear that you have lost back down to 126!! Thats an awesome accomplishment!! Congrats hun!! Yes patience is a big thing with losing weight!! I feel like if i lost my weight faster then 8 months id probably have more loose skin, i dont really have any right now but just my stomache isnt as tight but you cant really tell so it doesnt bother me much. One of my friends from work lost 40 pounds in 2 months...which is PRETTY DARN QUICK...he ended up having a lot of loose skin on his stomache and just recently had it surgically removed. He said that he probably wouldnt have had to have it done if he had lost it alot slower.

Just keep doing what your doing..bc its working VERY well for you!!! Good luck and congrats again!! :)

I was wondering what exactly you weighed in these pics? :)

Btw, I've told you before but, I'll tell you again, you are so gorgeous now. You look like a model.

I probably weighed around 165...that was when i went to Puerto Vallarta for the first time (which was in March 06'), so i was pretty close to my heighest weight...i got to my highest weight when i graduated beauty school in July 06'. I started my diet in Sept. 06' and i was at my goal by my 20th birthday April 30th 07'!! :) ..so now ive kept it off for a year now!!

Happy Belated b-day hun :)
