fabulous transformation. You can see such a difference in you face shape, and of course your body.

Great job , you look total miss hottie :) But you did before too :p

You confidence level looks so much better in your after photo's, you look very comfortable in your slimmed down skin :)
 
It took me from Sept 2006 to May 2007..8 months! Me and my fiance went to the gym 5-7 days a week, I started out on the elliptical doing 30 mins everyday..then i started running 1 mile everyday on the treadmill and then i got to doing 3 miles plus another 15-30 mins on the elliptical also. That was all the cardio i did until i lost my 48 pounds. Now im trying to focus on toning up my body so im weightlifting, running 1 mile on the treadmill, and then i incline walk for 5 mins to cool down after running a mile everyday. I also watch what i eat but every now and then i have a little dessert, but when i was trying to lose my weight i started eating breakfast everyday(i never use to eat it but now i always do, it speeds up your metabolism), for lunch i would have tuna and an apple or chicken breast, and if i had a sandwich i would have whole grain bread..and for supper i would usually have a protien shake. I also never ate past 7pm...thanks everyone for your KIND words :) Good luck to all of you with your weight loss!~ You can do it! Just believe in yourself!

Just wondering, how tall are u?? And also, once you started trying to lose weight how soon did u actually start to notice a difference? And.. what kept u motivated thruout the whole process and kept u going to the gym everyday?? I find that the hard part!
 
Buckeyebaby17- Thank you!!! I am 5'3"..i WISH i was a little taller but o wells haha..I noticed after about 10-15 pounds..i carried most my weight in my stomache so i could tell by how my jeans fit me and i also kept taking pictures of myself in a bikini until i got to my goal weight...what helped me stay on track with working out was my fiance..he's really into working out and staying in shape and he took me with him everyday..but after awhile of working out i just WANTED to go..you just feel so energized and feel GREAT afterwards!
 
wowowowow....ur my motivation....lol....when u weighed 160 ur body looks like mine like chubby in the legs arems stomach..but i weigh 147.....at 122 u look hott..
 
You look fantastic!! Great job on all that HARD ASS work!! Do you mind me asking about how many estimated calories you would eat in a day?? I think your food ideas are spot on, I eat breakfast every morning now, and it helps big time! But, I don't think I could do just a protein shake for dinner, I could probably do a shake for lunch, then do my chicken breast & Veggies for dinner, I would be starving by 10 pm WOW your amazing! Did you ever hit a plateau during your 8 months?
 
Miss Ladybug- I do not know how many calories i would eat in a day..i didnt ever keep track of my calories..i just made sure not to eat any junk food pretty much and also not to eat past 7pm. Ya the protien shake for supper sucked sometimes but i usually would have it at about 6pm and then go to bed by 10pm..i got pretty use to it though...i go up and down now about 3-4 pounds..ill be 126 one day and then 122-123 a couple weeks later..but i think that is pretty normal..i try to watch what i eat during the week and then have a dessert on the weekend to balance everything out..i also weigh myself everyday so when i do gain a couple pounds i know to bite it in the butt!!

You look great. I am glad you posted pics at different weights. How did you find the motivation? How long did it take for you to make going to the gym a habit? I get too lazy to go to the gym at times.
 
I started going to the gym right away...i dont like going alone and my fiance would go everyday so then id go with him and if i didnt want to he'd push me to! lol Then after awhile i LOVED to go to the gym..when you get into a routine you feel like crap if you dont go..your body gets so use to it!! My motivation was my health for one, also my wedding (even though its 2 years away i wanted to lose it right away instead of dragging it out till then) and i also wanted to wear shorts in the summer! haha..i ALWAYS wore jeans bc i hated my legs! but now all i wear are shorts in the summer!

Your before and after is amazing! You were always a beautiful girl but you look amazing now!

I was wondering, since you mentioned you were engaged and your fiance would go with you to the gym, how did he motivate you to lose weight? What helped/didn't help as far as comments/motivation from him?

I want to motivate my boyfriend to lose weight and learn to like exercise but it seems like I end up a nag, and of course the last thing I want to do is hurt him!

Any advice would be appreciated. Again, awesome job!! Very impressive!!
