BEFORE, INBETWEEN, AND AFTER 170lbs to 122lbs

I wish i could sue..but my family thinks i cant bc its the internet and i dont know where this company is located or anything. My fiance wrote to his brother about it bc hes a lawyer but he hasnt even written him back about it...makes me a little mad that he didnt even take the time...but i guess theres only so much i can do..now im just mad i even put my pictures up...i just cant believe these people dont care what they do to people just as long as they get a good deal outta it by lieing.

They should get in BIG trouble for this but i have NO IDEA where this "Acai Berry" business is from or who's operating it and i have no idea how to take action. The only thing i can do is send complaints but i dont know how much good thats going to do...i got the one other site shut down but it seems like they just start up a new one with the exact same story and crap and just change the name.

Sorry you're dealing with this.

This Acai Berry stuff is being pushed just about as hard as any spam product I've seen before. It's rampant on all the forums I belong to.

Try your best to get this shut down!
 
Saw this on MySpace a few minutes ago. I clicked the pictures and it takes you to a "Emma's Weight Loss" with DIFFERENT pictures. Seems they're still using YOUR pictures for people to click but the actual stories are other people with other pics.

 
KTjean I recommend contacting domains by proxy and tell them that you would like to go to court on this.
I can bet a few lawyers jumping in to help as its a sure win for you.

yes I definately saw this and came to this site immediately! It wasnt that exact ad..it was you in that tan sweater with the dark brown underneath...and the after was by a tree? But i was like..HOLY s**t!!! This is such crap!!!!!

Geez, doesnt that make you SO mad!!! That is so rediculous, too bad you cant do something to stop that!!

Ya iv seen that one too..a bunch of my fiances friends have seen it and were like "why the heck are you and katie on an ad??" I have so many of my friends and family telling me they see it all the time..it gets really annoying bc they are constantly "do you know about this ad!?" and i have to explain it to them over and over...UGH!!! I hate these people doing this...they should get a life!!

I feel like I want to really help you out on this, this is just not fair.
It is pretty f'ed up.

You tried reporting this to your local police station? I know in the UK, they allow you to report scams, and some other internet related cases. I don't know about US.

Have you got a link to any of the website (can you PM)? I might be clued up enough to investigate.
