**MOST RECENT UPDATE AS OF Sept/October 2008**
Added some new pics..I am at 140 now.
The ones on the left are me at halfway. They started out as motivation clothes. (top 2) The other 2 are just clothes Ive brought with me for pics.

(Beginning of Sept)

I have only done it with healthy eating and staying consistant with working out 5-6 times a week at about an hour each workout.

Measurements before/after: I do not have most recent measurements. I am in a self challenge to not measure for the next 4 weeks. I want to see a good change. I have 4 weeks left of Slim in 6 (my 3rd round) and I am excited to see the results!

Chest: 45.25in / 34.5in
Waist: 45in / 28in
Hips: 49.5in / 34.5
Thighs: 27in / 19in
Arms: 13.5in / 10in

**I failed to mention I have had 2 C sections**

Thanks. Im at a major plateau, been for awhile now, but Ive recently got a lot of new workouts so hopefully the scale will budge. Its getting so hot though and its hard to get started in the morning.:ack2:

Way to go! Just don't get discouraged by your plateau. Work through it! Now that you have lost weight, reassess your caloric needs and see if you need to change anything. And try to find exercise that you can involve your kids in so you can watch them and lose weight at the same time!

Lookin' good!

I workout in the AM with my kids running around me. They're used to it by now..lol They KNOW morning time is my workout time. I recently downloaded a whole lot of new workouts, so Im looking forward to the end of my June Challenge (on another board) to see the difference. The scales not moving much, and I range my calories and drink a LOT of water. I have just added doing another workout on the weekend to make my workout week 6 days instead of 5. The 6th not being as drilling at the rest, but still something.
The plateaus are just so frusterating! :banghead: lol

WOW - this is motivating - because I know I look more like your "Before" pics - and want to make the progress you have. You are getting there and look SOOOOO much better! Congrats!!!!!

Thanks...I keep trying to tell myself I didnt get fat overnight so I cant expect to get fit overnight either...but..I can almost bet I could gain 5lbs in 1-2 weeks but losing 5lbs in that time frame is like pulling your own teeth out sometimes..lol

Its still VERY hard to believe I have after pics..I still feel like I look like my befores. :smash:

:party:Wow! Great, fantastic job! Your loss is obvious, everywhere!

Keep up the super work, and you will reach your goals!

Cheers
ABBA

Thanks, my stomach and my hips are my most hated spots on me right now. I do like the after ones better then befores though. My befores are very embarassing.:blush5:

Great Job! May I ask, how long did it take you to get this far? I'm about 212 myself and started around 216. Looking at before and after pics is such good motivation.

I started March of 2007.

I agree, before & after pictures are a GREAT motivator. Its some sort of self proof.:)

clap clap and more CLAP! Congrats, that is an amazing job well done!

Omg, what a difference! you should be so proud of what you've done! wow!!!!!!!!!! YOU GO GIRL! =P

Thanks..Its really hard to see what I have done when I still look at what I have left to do. The hardest part of losing weight? The mental part. Everything else is easy, but the mental acceptance that Ive actually lost weight [and actually looked that disgusting] has got to be the hardest.:blush5:
