Wow wow you look real good..if you dun mind sharing, how was your exercise regime like? Did you work out for 6 -7 days for an hour each day?? And diet?? What sort of food do you eat and don't eat?? Sorry for asking so many Qs..but I am amazed at your transformation... congrats..you look years younger..

I eat no less then 1200 calories a day. They typically run 1200-1550 a day. I measure everything that goes in my mouth. I keep a food journal on another site as well.
My workouts consist of BeachBody workouts. I do Turbo Jam and Slim in 6. I started my journey with Turbo but when I started Slim in 6 I fell in love and have been doing just that for about 4 months now. Its a program of 6 weeks, 3 different workouts. You do the first workout until you can get through it easily, or comfortably, then you move to the next workout. You do those 2 for the first 2 weeks. The last 4 weeks is an hour workout that really boosts your metabolism and tones you. They are full body workouts with weights/bands, squats, crunches, lunges, etc. After the 6 week program you take a recovery week of light workouts and if you want to redo the program after that week.
I eat a lot of Kashi Go Lean products and make all my food from scratch. A lot of whole wheat/grains. I make a lot of African dishes for dinners which are mainly veggies (all colors of peppers, onions, carrots etc) and meat (lean beef or whole chicken, but I only eat the breast) simmered with chapati (a type of bread and I use whole wheat flour to make it)
