
It varies on the day but normally 1200-1400 depending on what I am doing. Once I am finished losing my target calories will be around 1600-2000 with the activity level I am at. I consulted with one of my doctor's and after the latest caliper test for this end of month they now think I should not go below 165-170. I have gained lots of muscle and my body comp is changing rapidly as I get closer to goal weight. They feel I will have 15-25lbs of excess skin that will need to be removed by the time I am at a healthy weight and trying to go lower then that would be unhealthy for what I am showing. My current goal is 10lbs a month which so far I have been meeting and exceeding so I keep my fingers crossed that it will continue to happen!
